Over the last 2 years MADE and the Tamed project artists have talked to the people in Witton, worked with local school children and researched the history of the area to create artwork for the new flood defences and a community space which reflect the areas industrial heritage and help uncover the river again.
MADE has launched a crowdfunding campaign to raise funds for this fantastic community inspired project which will make a real and lasting difference to Witton.
