The Society has come together with the Twentieth Century Society, Birmingham Modernist Society, Brutiful Birmingham, Birmingham Architectural Association and RIBA West Midlands to form the Birmingham Collective for Post-War Architecture. Responding to the letter from the Leader of the City Council, they have had a positive meeting with the regional Historic England team and hope to meet BCC representatives soon. The aim is to assess, protect and promote the significance of post-war development in Birmingham and its influence upon the city, region and UK.
